Single Mail View:

At the top there is the "reply all" button.

Remove it from the top. Add Mark as spam button before the trash button.

Reply All, will be a dialogue when pressing the reply button.

If there is only one address, then skip that dialog.

If there are several (look at all addresses from To, From, Cc, remove own address), then show the dialog.

For each address the user can pick where to place the address: To or Cc or don't take it.

Put addresses from incoming mail Cc to cc by default.
