Track how many emails were already up-to-date (skipped) and the approximate bytes transferred per sync cycle. SyncEmailsResult accumulates fetched/skipped/bytes across mailboxes; DB schema v11 adds emailsSkipped and bytesTransferred columns to sync_logs.
